In the Nation's Capital, there are sportsbars, there are rooftops, and there are plenty of cocktail bars... but never before have all three been parlayed into anything quite like Over Under.
Over Under is the new and improved Rooftop on 476 K St NW opening in November. Not only does Over Under offer a boldly unique experience complete with sports on TV, games of skill machines, craft cocktails, dazzling LED lights, and a rooftop atmosphere, but its position above Cloakroom is a standout trait that separates it from the playing field.
Embodying the spirit of "taking the over," Over Under encourages extravagance and excitement in everything they do. Let Over Under entertain you, because even when the game is over, your night is far from it.
Sportsbook Update (2026)
Does Cloakroom or Over Under have a sportsbook?
No. On-site sports betting is no longer available at Cloakroom or Over Under.
Our former sportsbook provider ceased operations in Washington, D.C., and sports betting will not be returning on-site at either venue.
Guests can still watch the games upstairs at Over Under, our rooftop sports bar above Cloakroom, featuring wall-to-wall TVs, game sound for major matchups, drinks, food, and a full game-day atmosphere. Guests may also use their preferred licensed sports betting apps where available and permitted by law.
We now also offer Games of Skill machines for guests looking for a little extra action while they watch.
After the game, guests can continue the night at Cloakroom, Washington, D.C.’s luxury gentlemen’s club, featuring live DJs, VIP sections, private skyboxes, champagne rooms, and an elevated late-night atmosphere.
