ABOUT OVER UNDER
Located above Cloakroom at 476 K St NW, Over Under is a rooftop sports bar built for game days, happy hours, private events, and late-night drinks in the heart of Washington, D.C.
With wall-to-wall TVs, game sound for major matchups, craft cocktails, casual bites, and an open-air rooftop atmosphere, Over Under gives guests a polished but relaxed place to watch, gather, and stay awhile. Whether it’s a weekday happy hour, a packed tournament night, or a private event, the space is designed to bring the energy of a sports bar together with the atmosphere of a downtown rooftop.
Guests can enjoy drinks, food, games of skill, and a lively crowd upstairs at Over Under, then continue the night downstairs at Cloakroom for a completely different late-night experience.

Sportsbook Update (2026)
Does Cloakroom or Over Under have a sportsbook?
No. On-site sports betting is no longer available at Cloakroom or Over Under.
Our former sportsbook provider ceased operations in Washington, D.C., and sports betting will not be returning on-site at either venue.
Guests can still watch the games upstairs at Over Under, our rooftop sports bar above Cloakroom, featuring wall-to-wall TVs, game sound for major matchups, drinks, food, and a full game-day atmosphere. Guests may also use their preferred licensed sports betting apps where available and permitted by law.
We now also offer Games of Skill machines for guests looking for a little extra action while they watch.
After the game, guests can continue the night at Cloakroom, Washington, D.C.’s luxury gentlemen’s club, featuring live DJs, VIP sections, private skyboxes, champagne rooms, and an elevated late-night atmosphere.
